Paleo, days 5 and 6.

Ate perfectly for breakfast and lunch yesterday, and splurged just a little at dinner. Eric and I had a date night at Harvest. Our appetizer was benedictine on whole wheat pretzel roll - delicious. So I had a little bit of bread. My dinner itself was totally paleo - crispy pork confit with vegetables and braised greens. For dessert, we ordered a chocolate strawberry cake, and the serving was not huge (especially since we split it), so I didn't feel too badly eating it. Plus, it tasted amazing!

Today ...

Breakfast: doTERRA shake and banana
Lunch: Mark's - pulled pork and a baked sweet potato (skipped the pickles this week since I splurged on dinner last night)
Snack: apple
Dinner: chicken breast, green beans, applesauce
Snack: "trail mix" that I put together - sunflower seeds, a few pistachios, sliced almonds, craisins, and Enjoy Life chocolate chips (they're dairy-free, nut-free, and soy free - they're delicious!)

Farmer's market this morning, followed by lunch and naps. This afternoon, we (mainly Eric) did stuff around the house, and I mowed the grass after dinner. Been looking at recipes and Blendtecs online this evening. :o)

Having lunch with the in-laws tomorrow, and those are our only plans!
