Lazy day.
Paleo, day 4.
Breakfast: doTERRA shake, banana
Lunch: spinach salad with hard boiled egg, chicken, sliced almonds, olive oil and vinegar, 1/2 apple
Snack: 1/4 of those bars I made yesterday ... not very much snack, but it was worth it!
Dinner: homemade quiche! made a crust of almond flour and egg, but it was pretty gross. the egg/vegetable part was good, and filling.
Snack: doTERRA shake
The one splurge of the day, if one can even call it a splurge, is that we went to Graeter's after dinner. I got a kid's scoop of raspberry sorbet and split it with Violet.
We stayed home today. My friend, Kristina, came to visit. Always good to spend time with her ... she was my first good friend in Louisville, and my Irish dancing buddy, so we go way back. :o) Eric was home early, which is always nice. Not much else to say about today!
The sky looked crazy tonight! Lots of pictures on Facebook.
So happy tomorrow is Friday! No real plans for the day, though. May venture to the mall to make a return. Duncan needs to get out of the house at least a little bit. It's been so hot that it's hard to take walks.
Date night tomorrow, thanks to my parents. Harvest! Even though I'll have to order something weird, I'm sure it will taste amazing.
