Paleo, day 2.

Breakfast: doTERRA shake with unsweetened almond milk, banana
Lunch: Moe's naked taco salad with pork, onions, mushrooms, cucumbers, and guacamole
Snack: Larabar, lemon bar flavor
Dinner: Spaghetti squash with homemade meat sauce
Snack: apple with sunbutter

Feeling good.

We stayed home today, except for meeting Eric for lunch. Spent a lot of the day playing and hoping that Duncan would poop. When he finally did in the middle of dinner, it was HILARIOUS. We brought his potty down to the living room, close to the kitchen table, and we set him all up with his bowl and his water. He sat for just a minute or so, started whining/crying like he normally does, and then yelled, "It's gonna happen!!!" Haha! It was so dang funny!

After dinner, I headed to a friend's house to pick up our chickens and also attend a Thirty One party she was having. Good times. Back at home, we sorted the chickens by "piece," and put them on cookie sheets to freeze. Guess what we're having for dinner tomorrow?! Ha. Definitely chicken in the slow cooker.

I don't have any evening plans for at least a week, hopefully longer. Thank you, Eric, for doing Duncan's bedtime every night for a week. Tomorrow, it's my turn. :o)

Possibly Adventure Club tomorrow. Haven't decided. May be meeting a friend to catch up and hang out.
