Good start to the week ... and Paleo Diet, day 1.
Seems pretty simple: no grains, no dairy, no processed foods. lots of vegetables. grass-fed meat.
Breakfast: spinach smoothie with banana, unsweetened almond milk, and doTERRA trim shake, 2 scrambled eggs
Lunch: leftover steak from Sunday dinner, spinach salad (hard boiled egg, cucumber, sunflower seeds, grapes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar), raw vegetables with guacamole
Snack: mixed nuts and some raisins (searching for dried fruit without sugar ... won't be eating raisins often, have to go to Whole Foods)
Dinner: sauteed zucchini and broccoli, leftover roasted chicken, baked sweet potato fries
Snack: Larabar (apple pie flavor)
Woohoo.
Music class this morning, then to my mom's for naps. Back home at 4:45, dinner, bath, bedtimes, and I headed to the grocery for a few more essentials. Been relaxing since then.
No big plans tomorrow, except to pick up our chickens, and possibly a friend's ThirtyOne party tomorrow night.
