Sustainable Mommy

Yesterday was a great day ... I dropped Duncan off with my dad and I had a massage, followed by a haircut. Then I enjoyed Costco by myself. I absolutely love my new haircut. I made another appointment for April 19th. I think I'll make it that far. :o)

Eric has finished framing the basement. It's going to look amazing! Now he's working on electrical and cleaning things up down there. Then comes the drywall!

Duncan woke up from his nap today with a fever. We have an appointment in the morning. I'm not taking any chances this time. He went to bed just fine, though. Keeping my fingers crossed. We'll be missing parent-child tomorrow, though. Boo.

It's unreal that I'm going to be 35 weeks on Monday. This baby is moving around a lot and I feel pretty huge, but in a good way. I have been reading Spiritual Midwifery and it's making me even more excited for labor. Ina May's newest book Birth Matters arrived yesterday, so that's next on my list!

Time for American Idol. :o)
