Family Thanksgiving

Today was Duncan's first Thanksgiving! He was SUCH a good boy today. It's hard to believe that we've been blessed with such a content and pleasant baby. We left for Cincinnati (Hebron, really) at 8:30 this morning right when he got up. We arrived at 10:00 and Duncan stayed up and played and examined his new surroundings until naptime at 11:30. He slept right up until we had our meal at 12:45. He ate a roll, some green beans, some turkey, and some cranberries. He loves cranberries! After lunch, Duncan played well until his next nap at 3:00, and we left for home when he got up around 4:15. So, the naps were shorter, but they were great considering the new surroundings! He did not want to be in the car on the way home, but we were able to entertain him until we got to Molly's house for the annual pie get-together. We couldn't stay a really long time, but Duncan was so good with all of the new faces and didn't mind being passed around at all. He's such an amazing little boy. :o)

Now we are at home, Duncan is in bed, and I am so excited for the next 5 weeks! They are going to be fun, with the exception of Eric having to go to Mexico. BOOOOOO. But we'll survive, and Duncan's first Christmas is going to be memorable.
