Sustainable Mommy

We put an offer on the house for $196,000. It's a contingency offer, but we're optimistic! We should hear something late tomorrow or Wednesday about whether they accepted it or countered. We're listing our house at $194,900. If we don't get much activity quickly, then we'll reduce the price, but it's comparable to the other houses in the neighborhood.

I worked all day today cleaning and de-cluttering. Mom helped, too. :o) Once we have an accepted offer from the seller, we'll work on moving furniture around to "stage" the house. Until then, there's not much use in doing much if we're not going to get the house.
