They countered and we accepted. YAY for having an agreed contract. We have 90 days to sell our house unless the sellers receive another attractive offer that they like better. Then we have 24 hours to decide what we are going to do ... if that happens, then we'll have to stop pursuing the house because it's not worth it to us to go to the trouble of having a bridge loan (i.e. two mortgage payments until we sell our house). If it's meant to be, like I keep saying, then it will work out. If not, then we'll find another house somewhere down the road, and it will be even better.

Now we have to concentrate on selling our house. Once there are pictures of it up on the website, I am going to send an email to everyone I know asking them to email everyone they know ... yes, like a chain letter. The more people that know, the better.

If anyone has any other ideas about how to advertise/spread the word, please let me know! We'll have fliers and be on a bunch of websites.
