Sustainable Mommy

Here is a list of things that we have accomplished in the past week:

-Painted master bathroom (2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint)
-Organized every closet and cabinet in the entire house
-De-cluttered every room (nothing on kitchen counters, no personal pictures, nothing just "sitting" anywhere)
-New mulch and edging outside
-Rearranged furniture in living room
-Emptied out the guest room (futon is gone)
-dusted everything
-cleaned the bathrooms from top to bottom (except for the master because we weren't finished painting)
-cleaned the baseboards
-mowed the grass
-Organized the garage
-Organized the basement
-Vacuum-packed lots of comforters
-touched up paint in entire house
-patched holes
-cleaned off refrigerator
-swiffered and mopped kitchen

List of things we still have to do:

-clean out refrigerator and wipe off shelves
-dust again
-vacuum again (need to do this probably every other day, and same for dusting)
-hang some pictures in the guest room to make it look a little more "finished"
-clean master bathroom
-touch up trim

I think that's it. The sign is in our front yard. Still waiting on fliers. We hope to have an open house this weekend or next. I'd have one every Sunday if we could. The inspection of the other house is on Thursday at 8am.

I really hope we sell our house in time. :o/ We saw a car yesterday driving by slowly and looking at the house. They pointed at the deck!

Duncan is very close to sitting up. The longest he's done it is probably 30 seconds. It's so CUTE.

Eric accidentally spilled a quart of paint on the living room carpet tonight. He was pretty upset about it, but after lots of water, towels, and a new wet-vac, you can't even tell it was there. Yay!
