Sustainable Mommy

It was in the 70s this weekend, and tomorrow it's going to be 79! But after that, it's back down into the 40s and 50s. Kentucky has such weird weather! I kind of like it, though, because it gives us a little variety. :o)

Last night went well after getting Duncan to sleep at 1am (which was really only midnight to him because of the time change). We woke up at 4:30 and at 6:00. Right now, Eric and Duncan are both upstairs asleep in the bed - they look adorable. I should take a picture. I've already showered and eaten breakfast; we have a pediatrician appointment at 9am, so perhaps I should go get Eric up. Hmm. I also have a doctor appointment today and I hope that it's a lot less painful than the last visit. I'm still having some pain, so that worries me, but I have done a sitz bath every single day for the last 2 weeks just like Dr. Graves told me to do. So we'll see. I'm kind of nervous about it. :o/

Last night, Jan and all of the kids came to visit; it was really nice to see them. Eva is so grown up! Rosita has a lot of energy, and Clark is just darn cute. They stayed until 10, but that's totally okay because we wouldn't have gone to bed until then anyway.

Time to go finish getting ready ...
