Coldness

Another great day yesterday. After breakfast, we headed out to find the Target. We bought a new camera and found out in the car that the new Sony Cybershot does not accept the old Sony Cybershot memory card. Boo. There is some internal memory in the camera, however, so we will be good for a while. No need to rush out and buy one - although they have gone down in price considerably since we bought one five years ago.

After Target, we went to Williamsburg Pottery and wandered around there. It really is a very strange place. Mom dropped off a picture to get framed, and after about 30 minutes we headed to the outlets again. I bought three new bras from Motherhood Maternity - YAY! I needed them desperately. After some stops in a few other stores, we had lunch at Olive Garden. A stop at Yankee Candle was next (the big flagship store) and we enjoyed smelling lots of new candles in there. Then we went back to the LL Bean outlet, where I found a stretchy vest I can wear, and Eric and my mom both got new coats. Yay!

We headed back to the hotel after that to rest before dinner. When we got outside to go over there, we discovered that it had started raining and that the temperature had dropped at least 10 or 15 degrees. BRRRR. But dinner at King's Arms Tavern was wonderful! We enjoyed every second of it. One table in our room was celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and they were from southern California. Another table was celebrating the same thing, and they were from Minnesota. They talked for a few minutes and discovered that they both had mutual friends! Isn't that cool?! :o)

Today: historic area until after lunch, and then perhaps the antique mall. Tonight we are attending a Palace Concert in the governor's palace, so that will be very nice!

I LOVE the giant Yankle Candle store. I could totally move in there and live.
