Sustainable Mommy

What a wonderful week at work ... I am loving being Assistant Manager because I am constantly busy and I am learning lots of new things. Dietra was on vacation this week, so Sara let me cook Wednesday through Friday. I cooked the whole lunch by myself! It was so much fun and I loved every minute of it. Another great thing about working five days in a row (because I so rarely get to do it anymore) is that I have the whole weekend off! I worked at Loft on Friday night, and afterwards Eric and I met Lindsy, William, and Haley at O'Shea's. We had a fantastic time! :o)

I went to Weight Watchers this week for the first time in three weeks, and it was bad news. So I have been back on track since Wednesday afternoon. I went to the gym four times this week, and Eric and I had a nice walk yesterday morning. The weather has been wonderful this weekend! Yesterday was great ... we cleaned and had my parents over for dinner. I made apricot glazed chicken with couscous, sauteed vegetables, hashbrown casserole, and cornbread muffins. After dinner we went to McDonalds for some ice cream.


Today I am working from 3-7 and then we are going to dinner with Sarah, Kramer, and Diana because Sarah is leaving for LSU on Tuesday. We are really going to miss her!

This week will go quickly ... then it's up to Chicago on Thursday for Chrissy's wedding. :o)
