We painted the other two walls of the living room yesterday afternoon, so now our entire first floor is painted, with the exception of the powder room. We'll paint that soon enough. We've had lots of ideas this weekend of what we want to do in the house ... thought about a deck, hardwood floors, a banister, different paint colors, a new front door to let some light in, and some other things, too. It was overall a very creative weekend. Last night after painting, we had dinner (popcorn shrimp and rice and green beans) and went to Target to look at random things. All we ended up buying was food for lunch today because the in-laws came over.

We didn't go to church this morning. Oops. Instead we watched tv and cleaned up. We all had grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch. It was pretty good, although nothing gourmet. It's also kind of bad because we only have two kitchen chairs. So ... two people sit and two people stand. Oh well. After watching some HGTV, we headed over to my parent's house to drop off the wedding pictures so they can take them down to Texas. Maybe we'll actually order them by our one year anniversary! *SURPRISE* Hehe. Nah, the longer we wait, the more we'll appreciate them, right? I think that's how that works. Anyway, we went to Homearama after that and I absolutely loved it. We found some pretty colors for the rest of the house, and I also found my dream house for whenever we move again. I know it's way way far away, but it's never too early to plan, right? Haha. Well in my case it might be, but regardless, I found the house that I want to build whenever we move again.

Isn't it beautiful? The inside is beautiful, too, and the floor plan is wonderful. It's 3500 square feet, so it might be a bit big for four people (eventually), but it's really the outside that I am in love with. Hehe. :o) Anyway, after that we went to dinner with the 'rents at QDoba and then came home after talking for awhile. At home, we organized files in the office and made a lot of progress with that. Good times. Now we're just relaxing and getting ready to go to bed.

Yay Monday ... although not really. I mean, I am looking forward to training and learning more, but who can really love Monday?

Peanut butter jelly and a baseball bat, peanut butter jelly and a baseball bat ... I love Family Guy.

Unfortunately for what they are asking, I think you and Seth could move up here, we could all go in and we would still come up short! Of course the houses they build for these shoes have 100% of the add-ons and upgrades and premium components and such. But They have those same style homes in more reasonable neighborhoods. So we can look towards that as a definite possibility.
