Breakfast: 1 cup almond milk, 1 banana, 5 frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries,  blackberries), 1 packet Weight Watchers vanilla smoothie mix, and filled to the brim with spinach
 Lunch: Spinach, sunflower seeds, apple, leftover pulled pork from Mark's Feed Store!
Dinner: This turkey burger (I made my own breadcrumbs) with some pickle, lettuce, and mushrooms, and then roasted asparagus and some fruit.
Snacks: apple, homemade granola (not the healthiest, but it's healthier than store-bought, in my opinion), carrot sticks, pistachios.

I've been eating (mostly) "clean" since Sunday, and I feel amazing!

Been using The Gracious Pantry as my main resource.
