I'm a granola girl

Since I started down this "crunchy" path (I won't lie - I love the term "granola girl" and don't see it as a negative thing at all), I've been baking, cooking, and learning all that I can about making healthy and sustainable choices in what I consume, whether that be food or not. Here's a list of things that come to mind right now:
-making our sandwich bread
-making granola
-making veggie burgers
-making hamburger buns
-making pizza
-starting a garden
-starting a compost pile
-eliminated paper towels
-eliminated paper napkins
-cloth diapers
-babywearing (I don't even think I'd heard that term until a few months before Duncan was born)
-home birth (I have not done this yet, but it's on the agenda;though for now I remain a huge advocate)
-baby-led weaning
-no dryer sheets (dryer balls are great)
-eliminated as much processed food as possible (anything in a box, pretty much)
-shopping at farmer's markets/joining a CSA
-using as many organic and/or all-natural ingredients as (financially) possible
I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but that's a start.
I think that some day soon I'm going to attempt manna bread, which involves sprouting my own whole wheat berries. Should be interesting!
