Great weekend

I was sad to see the weekend come to an end. Chrissy, Jason, and Alexis arrived around 3:00 on Thursday afternoon. That evening, we had friends over (Rob, Ashley, and Marianne, and my parents also stopped by!) and enjoyed grilled kabobs, a potato casserole, and CSA watermelon.
On Friday, we journeyed down to the State Fair. Always good times! I enjoyed my large Ehrler's ice cream cone that cost me $6. I only get it once a year, so it's okay to splurge. :o) The babies were well-behaved, and I ran into Lauren, Michelle, and Angie from playgroup! I love Louisville.
We learned Friday morning that someone wanted to view our house on Saturday morning at 10am. So, that was excited. However, later on Friday, Laura called back again and said that a second person wanted to see it at 9am! So exciting! When we got home from the Fair, we made dinner while Eric mowed the yard and I put Duncan to bed. After dinner, Chrissy and I got ready to go out with Marianne. We went to Renbarger's on Baxter and had an AMAZING time. I was DD, so I didn't drink (didn't need the calories anyway). We saw Bill & Aaron play - two guys from high school - and it was a little surreal. There were lots of people there from high school. Kind of like a very small reunion. I loved it. I left earlier than Chrissy and Marianne (at 2:30am because Eric couldn't get Duncan back to sleep), and they got home at 4:15.
We had to get up early on Saturday, and Chrissy, Jason, and Alexis were out of the house and over to my parent's house by 8am. Thank you for that! Eric and I finished up the cleaning/staging, and we were out by 8:50.
Will have to finish this post later because Duncan just woke up. Gotta love it. :o)
