Sustainable Mommy

I wasn't planning on going out last night ... but Duncan went to bed and Diana came over while Eric and I visited Steve and Rachel's party. When we got back 45 minutes later, Diana was getting ready to go out and Duncan was sleeping upstairs. I asked Eric over and over if he cared, and he said no. So, Diana and I went to Kyla's apartment and then we (the three of us and Joelle, Kyla's sister) went to this place on Frankfort Avenue called Bourbons Bistro. We sat outside and had drinks until 1:00. It was so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. On the way home down Bardstown Road, we stopped at Krispy Kreme for 2 donuts, and then we stopped at White Castle for 2 White Castles. Hehe. I had to pump when I got home, and then we slept on the futon in the guest room because we washed the sheets yesterday and hadn't made the bed. It was just easier. Eric fed Duncan twice last night for me - it was niiiiice. We got up at 8, played with Duncan for an hour, and then he went back down for a nap and he's been down since.

No huge plans for the day - Eric doesn't have anything specific in mind. We're just going to try to relax and enjoy being a family. :o)
