Sustainable Mommy

Okay, so normally I don't get all mushy about this kind of stuff, but Eric felt the beginnings of a tooth in Duncan's little mouth this morning. REALLY?!? I mean, he was just born. It seems like it's too soon, but I guess it's not. Poor guy was really upset this morning - I gave him some teething tablets and put him down for a nap. Hopefully that will help. I guess it takes a while for them to break through, so we'll see how many days it takes. Hopefully not too many, for his sake. I hope he doesn't start biting me when he nurses. OUCH.

I signed us up for recycling this morning. I don't know why we haven't done it sooner ... we've been taking our papers to my mom and dad's house, so we've been recycling those for a few years.

Father's Day was nice - we relaxed and Duncan took 2 really good naps. We had Moby Dick for lunch (pictures on Facebook) and grilled some steaks with Diana for dinner. Oh, and I forgot to mention that Diana also babysat for us on Saturday for an hour or so while we went to Lowe's. That was a first! Duncan did just fine. :o)

Off to shower now that the storm has passed!
