Sustainable Mommy

Today is our 3 year anniversary. Time has flown by! To celebrate, we're having people over to our house tonight. :o) Melanie and Adam are coming over, as well as Marianne and probably CJ, and maybe a few more. We'll find out as the day goes on.

The appointment yesterday went really well - blood pressure is fine, weight is a steady gain (yeah right), and I was completely "closed." The baby hasn't dropped yet, so he is squished in there. :o) We were home around 2:00 and we watched tv and I took a short nap. Then Eric finished painting the crown molding (the nail holes that he puttied) and we hung stuff up on the walls. It's almost finished! For dinner, we had salmon, broccoli, and couscous, and then we went to the grocery. Back at home, we watched some tv and headed to bed at 10:30 or so. "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" was on in HD, so we enjoyed watching that on our new tv! Oh, Eric also took apart the tv stand and moved all of that downstairs. The room looks much less crowded now. All we're missing are end tables ... but that's not a priority right now unless something good pops up on craigslist.

There is actually work to do today, so I will hopefully be here all day. We'll see.
