Should be a good day ... once work is over. I'm getting more irritated all of the time by things that go on around here, and I can't say one dang thing about any of it. Well, I could, but there's not really a point.
I headed to mom's after work to wait around until choir. I had dinner that I brought (chicken soup, an english muffin, and some peaches) and mom said that my food looked like a hospital meal. Haha! It tasted yummy, though. I left early for choir so I could get some gas. $3.39! Pretty good, I think, considering how high it's been the past few weeks.
Choir was great last night. It's weird - I never want to go (mainly because I hate spending time away from Eric - you'd think after 3 years of marriage I'd be okay with it, but I'm not), but once I'm there, I love it. Frank gave me a descant in one of the pieces (with another girl), so that's fun. I don't know it yet, but I'll figure it out. It's in an awesome song, so I'm excited. Our "gala" is next Wednesday at the Olmsted, and I'm pretty excited about it. I hope I can fit into my dress. That reminds me - I need to take it to the dry cleaner!
After work, Eric and I are meeting at QDoba for dinner (he has his free birthday burrito coupon) and then going to Target. We're going to work on the registry and actually use the scanner so everything that I add is not "available online only." I'm also going to get the new Ben Folds CD with a giftcard that I got from Robley for my birthday. Yay!
