Mango!

I am anxiously waiting to feel the baby kick. I thought I felt some flutters a few weeks ago, but there's no way to know for sure since I've never felt them before. Everything I've read says that women feel their babies kick anywhere from 16 to 22 weeks, so I know I shouldn't be worried, but I can't help it. Come on baby, kick me! Haha. :o)
I was at work only until 1:00 yesterday and I went to Panera (didn't eat, though, since I'd already eaten) with mom and to Target. I bought invitations for Chrissy's shower next month and got those ready to go. There were only 12, so it will be a nice size. Once Eric got home, we had tacos for dinner and were lazy the rest of the night. I'm afraid to admit that we watched the premiere of the new 90210. Hehe. I never watched the old one because it was too old for me, but since the only other option last night was "America's Got Talent," we watched 90210 instead. It was just more trashy teen stuff that never really happens, but enjoyable, of course. I wouldn't let my kids watch it. It's not realistic at all.
So I'm back at work today. We'll see how it goes.
Here's my little mango:

Vernix caseosa, a greasy white substance made of lanugo, oil and dead skin cells (yum) now coats baby's skin, shielding it from the amniotic fluid. (Picture yourself after a nine-month bath, and the need for protection makes sense.) You might actually get to see the vernix at birth, especially if baby is premature.
The description this week is not very interesting.
