400

This is post number 400 since we've started the blog!

We had such a great weekend ... on Friday we had dinner with Carol and Bill and the rest of the family. Fun times, as always. Elizabeth finally shared her good news, and that's a relief!

Saturday, Eric and I left for Red River Gorge around 11:00. We had lunch at McDonald's on the way down and found a campsite. We took a nap in the tent (well, I did) and then went for a short walk. We had dinner at Subway (because I forgot the pot to cook our dinner in) and then made a fire and sat around that for three hours. It was a great fire! Sunday morning, we were able to sleep until 9. We were going to do a long hike, but decided not to ... so we drove around the perimeter of the park just to see some scenery, and then drove home. We stopped in Frankfort on the way there, though, to fill the car up and to get some Baskin Robbins. The rest of the day was spent cleaning up the office and watching a "The Prestige." Eh, it was okay.

Yesterday, we rode to Lexington with my parents to see Elsie and Ted. They arrived on Sunday from New Orleans. The four of us had lunch at Carino's before heading over to Roy and Doris' house. We had a great time just talking. Dinner was fabulous - Carol and Sheryl (sp?) were there with their significant others, and then Elsie and Ted, Roy and Doris, Elsie's friend Bunny (interesting lady), and ... I think that's all. Anyway, it was a lot of fun and we enjoyed the day. We didn't get home until 10:00.

So, back to work ... hopefully I can stay busy this whole week!

I feel huge.
