Busy Weekend

Friday was a very eventful day at work ... I won't go into details, but let's just say that there was some yelling and crying and awkwardness. None of this was directed at me, but regardless, it was not pleasant. On Friday night, we went for a nice walk and watched the debate.
Saturday ... we met mom at ValuMarket to carpool downtown to the Tour of Downtown Condos/Lofts. After saying hello to Dietra and Sara, we were down there around 11:30 and looked at several really cool places. It was very interesting! And expensive. It kind of makes me want to live downtown, although I don't think that will ever happen. We had a nice lunch at Spaghetti Factory, and after looking at one more place we headed to Bardstown Road to Mama's Hip. I wanted to show mom the cloth diapers. After that, we picked up our car and headed back to mom and dad's house. Dad bought us tickets to the Oldham County Singers 10th Anniversary Gala concert. It was long. But dad did well. :o) My cousin Rachel was also there, which was totally random, but I haven't seen her (except on Facebook) in probably 10 years. Maybe even more. So that was nice.
Yesterday morning, Eric did media at church at the 8:15 service and stayed after for a little bit to talk with his dad. Once back home, we showered and had lunch, then went to Factory Card & Party Outlet (I don't know if that's exactly what it's called, but that's what I always call it) to get stuff for favors for Chrissy's shower, and then we went to Michael's, and finally to Kroger. We're becoming except value-shoppers and coupon-users. :o) Back at home, we saw Cameron doing an open house at one of his listings, so we went down there and talked for probably an hour or so. It was really nice! For dinner, we made homemade chicken noodle soup and it was GOOD! I'm having it for lunch today, too. We watched some "Transformers," then cleaned up a little bit around the house, and then watched "Stay," which was WEIRD. I'm still not sure that I understand what happened. Haha.
We took a belly picture this morning, but I don't have a USB cord. I feel him move a lot during the day now, and it's such a cool feeling. :o) Still trying to get him to kick for Eric, but I think we're getting close.

1 Observations or Opinions:
I cried the first time I felt Liam kick on the outside of my stomach because I knew Seth would be able to feel it! It was a very exciting and emotional day for me. Don't be disappointed if Eric doesn't want to feel all the kicks you want him to. Lots of guys, Seth included, don't get as excited as we do, I'm sure Eric will be different though:) Have a good week, look forward to the pictures!
