Sustainable Mommy

What a fun weekend! I didn't know ANYONE there ... all of the alumnae (is that right?) were from '01 and before. Seth probably knew half of them, I'm sure. We had rehearsal on Thursday night and I drove home. Mom and I left for Danville again on Friday morning at 7:30. I had rehearsal from 9:30 to noon and had lunch at the Hub. Rehearsal from 2 to 5 and then a nap, shower, and a dinner at the Toy Box Dexi. We all shared memories and received a tshirt. It was a lot of fun. :o)

Saturday ... rehearsal 10:30 to 12:30, lunch at Guaddies with other singers, rehearsal from 2:30 to 5, then dinner with mom at Cracker Barrel. Concert at 8, which went very well, and then we drove home and I finally crawled into bed at 11:30 or so.

Today was a lazy day. We were in bed until 11 (with waffles at 9, haha) watching "Wedding Crashers." I had choir from 2 to 4:30 and then I went to the mall and bought a few goodies. :o) I also stopped by ValuMarket to order a cake and talked to Clark for a minute about things around there. I like going to visit, but you couldn't pay me $100 an hour to work there now. I don't know how I lasted so long. Dinner when we got home was really good - stir fry with rice, chicken, broccoli and mushrooms, and then Eric worked on the wood in the garage for a while. We went to the grocery and now we're home.

Should be a good day tomorrow. :o)
