Beautiful Day

FINALLY it's sunny outside. Now if only it were about 30 degrees warmer and not gusting to 40 mph. I am really looking forward to spring.
We have had a very productive day! Around 11am we went to Lowes to look around and then we went to Target. I got a skirt (black one to wear to my Mary Kay meetings) and some tights. Cat litter, some Pepsis, a Swiffer sweeper, and a few other things were on the list, too. Then we went to Kroger to stock up for a few weeks. Once back at home we cleaned the floors, vacuumed, and picked up the downstairs. Then we made some cookies but they're not amazing ... they're okay. Eric cleaned the bathroom upstairs while I folded laundry and picked up the bedroom.
Tonight I will be talking to Suzanne about Mary Kay - orientation stuff - and also watching the Grammys.
Not really looking forward to work tomorrow, but Steve said he was going to buy me lunch and that it wasn't an option, haha, so that will be something to look forward to, I guess. I have choir tomorrow night and Mary Kay on Tuesday night, but that's all for the week.
As of right now, Eric is heading back to Mexico for a few days. He'll be leaving on Tuesday and coming back on Friday. It seems like a waste of GE's money and Eric's time for him to be down there for just two days, but it's not really up to him. It will be nice once this program is over! The program he will join next won't have a pilot until 2009 sometime. I guess I'll be watching Lost all alone on Valentine's Day. Boohoo. It's okay, though ... we'll do something nice next weekend.
Ah, watching golf on a sunny Sunday afternoon ... doesn't get much better. :o)
