Avian Conundrum

I've witnessed this too many times to just let it slide silently into history. Its a crazy conundrum that neither myself or any of my coworkers can figure out. So please offer your comments, ideas or if you just know everything you can tell me exactly what is going on.

So I'm in Celaya...and the best way to describe it is a grassland. Very few large patches of trees. And right outside the mabe plant in the parking lot is a small grove of trees. 30 feet high, probably 7 or 8 trees. Big round trees with leaves below and bare branches up top. And the birds LOVE it. There is rings of white poop COVERING the pavement and grass below.

Now we usually get to work around 8 or 9 in the morning. Its light out, sunny 70 degrees and slightly breezy. Almost like vacation if it weren't work. And when we go inside there are black birds in the tree. Big black crow looking birds that are completely black. And very noisy.

Then we usually leave the plant between 9 and 10 pm on a good day. And when you get to the tree there is the same noisy kackling, but the trees are always jam packed with white birds. Big, solid white, crow looking birds. They stand out so bright against the dark blue/black sky. Its amazing. Every day, every visit, every season! We can't figure it out for the life of us. They never sit in the tree with the other birds, and its always the same pattern.

Now SUPPOSEDLY one of my coworkers said he saw a black bird flying in a flock of white birds but I don't believe it. Its purely circumstancial and he has no evidence. So thats it. Black birds in the morning and white birds in the evening. It may sound crazy but we have spent hours discussing this phenomenon. So please help me figure this out.
