Ummm ... can't think of a good one.

It's been a really productive week. On Tuesday I went to work and then came home for a little bit before going to Weight Watchers. It feels good to be back! When I got home I had some lunch and went for a run because it was freaking 73 degrees outside (and this weekend we're supposed to have snow, yay!!!). I sat around the rest of the afternoon while our new dishwasher was installed - it's running right now and I can't even tell! It's so quiet! :o) That evening, I met some ladies from ValuMarket at Olive Garden for "Ladies Night Out" and that was fun.
Yesterday, I went over to mom's and we went for a walk. Then we put up the Christmas tree and took a nap. Last night was Eric's Christmas party for work at the Ali Center downtown. I ate extremely well. :o) We laughed and had a good time, and the view was lovely from the 6th floor. Last night, Jack was a terror and I didn't sleep well at all.
I went to work and there wasn't much to do, so I was finished pretty early. I went to mom's and went to sleep for two hours. We made Christmas cookies and we were going to go to lunch but she wanted to shower first, so I got impatient and left. Hehe. I went to PetsMart and bought some "calm down" stuff for Jack and then went to the grocery. I stocked up on some necessities and came home. I cleaned like mad ... laundry, vacuumed, litter box, cleaned up clutter. Then I slept for a little bit and made some dinner. It was an experiment - I made eggplant parmesan. Eh. Don't think I'll be making it again. But I also had pasta with sauce, caesar salad, steamed broccoli, and bread. Wahoo.
We have an exciting evening of folding laundry ahead of us. Can't wait. Hehe.

2 Observations or Opinions:
If you make the eggplant again, make Martha Stewart's recipe. I have had excellent results, and it is baked, not fried, so it is better for you.
We are getting a ton of snow right now! I love walking around in it!
I was trying to do the Weight Watchers recipe ... doubt Martha Stewart's recipe is healthy. :o) Thanks though!
