Sustainable Mommy

Okay, so I was feeling a bit dramatic yesterday. I am much better now. And Eric and I are better now, too. I just felt like everything was coming down on me at once and I needed to get it off my chest. Everyone knows how I have to have a "goal" or know that something is coming in the future. It's always the next thing. I have nothing like that right now and it's driving me crazy. Plus, I am constantly stressed while I am at work, and I am watching my grandma die. Like I said, though, Eric and I are better. Fights like this always bring us closer together and we had a good talk last night without any yelling and without much sighing and crying. Things will work themselves out, and if we don't get to go on vacation, then so be it. If we don't get to have a baby for a little while, then that's okay, too. We're together and we have a wonderful life, and that's all that matters. So that's that.

Just got back from running and it felt great, although a bit humid.

From this week on, I am going to be off on Sundays and Mondays. Woohoo for two days off in a row.

State Fair was good. It's the same every year. :o)

Had a great time at Rob and Ashley's on Saturday night. We played games and ate good food.

Didn't hear anything from Voces Novae - I'm supposed to call him today, but I really don't want to. If I haven't heard anything, chances are that I didn't make it. Oh well. I think I'm going with my dad to Oldham County Singers tonight. It's their "open house." Other than that, I am going to the bank, the grocery, Oxmoor, and I think that's it.

Sigh.
