Sustainable Mommy

I didn't have anything planned for yesterday, so I decided to do things around the house. Here's what I accomplished:

Hung up our two new white shelves
Hung up our paper towel holder in the kitchen
Laundry
Hooks for pullbacks for our curtains
Hung up our pictures from Kirkland's in our bathroom and the powder room
Uncluttered the living room and reorganized a few things
Dusted
Cleaned our bathroom

When I finished that, I showered and went to the mall where I bought an electric air freshener - it's one of those things that you put a tart in (like a flat votive) and the thing heats up and melts it, then it makes the room smell nice. :o) I bought a Louisville panoramic poster from Dillards, and then at Linens n Things I bought a collage frame. Then I headed home so I wouldn't spend any more money.

I spent the evening with Diana - we had some thin crust from Papa John's and enjoyed American Idol and House. It was good times. :o)

Now I'm getting ready to go for a walk and later mom and I are going to Churchill Downs. It's going to be a good day.
