I can't believe it!!! It SNOWED!!! There were predictions for flurries and we got more than a good dusting. It's beautiful. I want to go out and take pictures but I am still in my pajamas.
Yesterday was a very stressful day at work. There were only four of us, which is NOT enough to get everything done. I did the morning dishes and the dishes from lunch (so I did dishes for probably a total of an hour and a half yesterday - I've put lotion on about four times), flipped salads, did Cubans, fried all the chicken, and decorated a box of message cookies. Oh, and I also served lunch to the majority of the people by myself. So that was fun. NOT. My feet usually do not hurt at the end of the day, but they did yesterday.
I came home and took a nap, then went to my class. We learned the shell border, big dots (sounds simple, but it's not), worked more on roses, and decorated the cake that we brought with clowns. I will post a picture of the cake later (with a big piece cut out already - sorry) because my cord is upstairs. After class I hurried home for American Idol but missed about half of it. I'm glad it's on again tonight.
So today my mom and I are off to Centre. I haven't been there since graduation and I'm pretty excited about it. I'm going to stop by and say hello to Ian, and we'll go to the bookstore and then probably eat somewhere fun. It's going to be a good day. :o)
