Happy 30th Birthday to my favorite brother. :o)
We just don't have enough people at work right now ... today was bad. All of our stuff is out of date and we just didn't have any time to work on it. I was doing cakes, David was doing bread, Linda cleaned up from lunch, and Kelly was working on trays that are going out tomorrow. Dietra was a help, I guess, but she left at 2. I just can't wait until Sara and her dad get back. We need them. Oh, and Kasey called in, so if it's a mess tomorrow, we know why, and we're going to get her ass fired. In case you didn't know, Kasey is Derrick's sister (Derrick = store manager) and we've told on her about five times already, but she has yet to clean up her act. We are all so fed up with it, but you know what ... I think I am getting better at leaving work at work and not worry about it when I get home. I am perfectly fine right now and not worrying about it at all. So that's good. :o) I'll worry about it when I get to work tomorrow. At least it's going to be a Saturday and we don't have to worry about making and cleaning up from lunch!
So I was driving home today and the first gas station on Taylorsville Road was $2.09 and the second was $1.92. So, I pulled into the second one and as I started pumping the gas, the girl comes out and starts to change the price to $2.08. I was pretty happy with myself, even though it really only saved me $2.08 (wow, that's weird ...), but that's two dollars I wouldn't have had if I hadn't stopped!
Took a nap when I got home and now Eric and I are making dinner - Sloppy Joes and Tater Tots. Hehe. Yeah, we're adults.
It's supposed to snow on Sunday and I hope that it actually does. It's WINTER, although you wouldn't know it because it's only rained about a million inches.
On the agenda for tonight - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! :o)
