Sustainable Mommy

We had a really good weekend. Why can't it always be the weekend? I guess that's what retirement is ... but we painted our bedroom and finished painting the bathroom. We still have to do some touchups in our bedroom, but the bathroom is done. We're not going to start on our bathroom until we figure out light fixtures and mirrors because the red will require a lot of coats, so we want to make sure we can do all the walls all at the same time.

Yesterday was fine ... no comment, really. Always glad when Monday is over. I'm getting more used to the time, so that's good.

I've had a stomach bug the past two nights and have been up a lot. Not much fun. I don't think it's from nerves, but it might be. Regardless, it goes away while I'm at work, and then I'm up several times during the night. No fun.

Off to work now. Boo.
