Woohoo for some new pictures! Below are some from our patriotic visit to the Newport Aquarium today ...
Seahorses and jellyfish

Here are our recent efforts at painting ... I think that we did pretty well. We are pretty excited about painting some more!

So yesterday at the bank was awful! It was really busy. But it's over and I don't have to work there anymore, so that's exciting. :o) Last night after work Eric and his dad started to put up the garage door opener, and they are almost finished, but not quite. Right now Eric is out there wiring the sensors and stuff, and I think his dad is coming out tomorrow night or Thursday so they can finish it. Eric and I painted the one wall in the living room last night and it's BLUE! Yay for some color!

This morning I went to work out and filled up the car with gas, then came home and showered, and we went to Mammaw and Pappaw's for some quick lunch. We headed to my parent's house and left for Cincinnati around 1:00. We got there around 2:45 and worked our way through the aquarium. I enjoyed it more this time for some reason ... don't know why. But we saw some good things - alligators, sharks, penguins are always good, and some funny turtles. The flashlight fish were also very cool. They have light emitting bacteria! Hehe. After that adventure, we ate dinner at Brio and headed home. It took us longer to get home than it did to get there because there was an accident or something for awhile, and we also had to wait to use the bathroom at the gas station because the woman in there was in a wheel chair and she had issues, I guess. Poor woman. But anyway, when we got back to Louisville we had some Dairy Queen (I had a cone) and once we picked up the car, we dropped off Hannah's key and came home. Good times. :o)

Tomorrow I'm meeting my mom at the LAC on Westport while she meets with her trainer. Then I don't know what I'm going to do, except for Weight Watchers at 4:30 and the cookout at Danielle's at 6:30. More good times!

Happy Independence Day. I love America ... and it took me leaving it for 4 months to realize just how much! Even though we have our problems, and we use more fossil fuels than any other country, it's still a great place to live.
