Last day at work! I can't believe it's actually here. I really do hate that I am leaving this job - it's the best job I've ever had. But we are lucky enough to not have to put our child in daycare, so I am considering that a huge blessing.
Last day of 2008! What a fast year. It started out so well, then we hit a bump in the road, and it's definitely ending on a high note again. Babies, engagements ... all good stuff. :o)
We ordered 12 diapers last night from cottonbabies. I got the new colors - 5 green, 3 yellow, and 4 blue. I like the pink color, too, but I'm trying to remain a little bit neutral, so we'll see how that goes. I can't wait to get them in the mail!
We took a new picture this morning. I'm so graceful-looking, aren't I? Haha. NOT.
Last night we made dinner and watched "Burn After Reading," which I was a little disappointed in. They put all the funny parts in the previews, so it was funny, but not at all what I expected! We started making our "dish" for Robley's tonight, too. We're making a taco dip thing. We'll see how it turns out!
It was really windy last night, and our screens on our bedroom windows always move, so it's not exactly quiet when it's windy. However, something has started to squeak up there, too ... so it was not a very pleasant night of sleep. I was trying to sleep with my hands over my hears. But we get to leave work today at 3:00, so I'll be going home and taking a nap before we head over to Robley's tonight.
