Now I'm Perturbed

Okay, in my effort to keep the "real" blogs coming, here is an update. I originally named this post "Now I'm Pissed" but I changed it to perturbed. Referencing Dictionary.com, my online dictionarial reference:
per·turb
I'm mostly going toward the second definition. I am now in a state of great confusion as to why someone has driven up into our yard for 30 or so feet and then pulled back onto the street. All who know me know this isn't a disaster because I really couldn't care about the look of my lawn. So long as its green and has grass everywhere. But this morning I went onto the deck to take the chair cushions off (for winter storage) and I see a pair of tracks starting at the corner sidewalk entrance and then continuing over the sidewalk, on the inside of our 2 trees on that side of the house and then teardropping back out onto the road. Here are my initial observations and attempts to pinpoint the owner.
1) Prior to this I see that there are men replacing a few broken trees (thanks to Ike) and planting new trees along the street, where the subdivision has to plant them. I initially suspected them, BUT they are pulling trailers and there are no trailer tracks in the yard. The one truck that isn't pulling a trailer is a Dually and our tracks are a 4 tired automobile.
2) My second thought was so suspect a drunk driver, who in a drunken stupor just drove up there. But this option has faults of its own. The path up onto our yard would have given a passenger car a large jolt, generally evoking a brake mashing skid. BUT our tracks are continuous with no skid marks and no torn up grass (THANK GOODNESS), just mashed grass. This tells me it was a deliberate, controlled entrance and even more so, a controlled exit back onto the road.
3) Third thought that entered. A friend who was being stupid and decided to drive up on the lawn. But again the clues point to impossible. The entrance point has no rubber marks, suggesting a large tired automobile. A smaller tire would have likely spun to climb the concrete curb. Also, I think the largest car that a friend drives is Kyle's Accord. Oh, Rob has a truck. But Rob isn't an ass
4) This leaves me with one final option, and this is the most likely going by past accounts. Probably just a builder truck or other contractor who decided pulling up into my lawn was oh so much easier than executing a controlled 3 point maneuver in order to turn around. *Remember, no trailer or dually or any circumstance that might require a complicated reverse* In the past we have had bulldozers, semis and myriad trucks who just drive around with no respect to private property.
I hate ignorant people.

2 Observations or Opinions:
assholes...
My husband was totally perturbed last Saturday when he went out to rake our front yard only to find that the neighbors' parents had done it on Friday night when we were at a concert. We are assuming it was the neighbors' parents just because they come over every week during the summer to do yard work for their son. Perturbness (that may not be a word) occurred because the neighbor has a pear tree which still has all its leaves... so it wasn't one of those things where they were out there already cleaning up their yard and tried to be a good neighbor by hopping over into our yard. They had to make a conscious effort to get out a rake specifically for us and come and rake our yard up. Did I mentioned they bagged it as well? And I guess it would be a different story if the leaves had been there all fall or something rotting out a section of their yard. But the leaves hadn't even been there more than a week. And they didn't rake their other neigbors yard either. What the hell is that suppose to mean? Granted, it could be one of those good samaritan deeds that we are completely taking out of context. But I really just think that kid's parents on OCD about lawns.
Oh man, I TOTALLY hate when my neighbor's do my yard work too! :)
Let's just hope it was a Good Samaritan type deal. And yes, Perturbedness is definitely a word that I will continue to use.
