Fast Week

I left work at 11:30 yesterday because I ran out of work. It was great. I had lunch with Ashley at J. Gumbo's and took a two hour nap. For dinner, Eric had some Taco Rice and corn on the cob. I had pancakes. Hehe.
Today I kept myself busy at work ... I was there until 5:00. Yay! For dinner tonight we had soup and grilled cheese. I can make a mean grilled cheese! Right now Eric is working on cutting the boards for the pergola. I'm getting ready to go fold some clothes. How exciting!
Mom is going down to visit the baby and new parents on Monday (I think), and as of right now, Eric said that I can go down, too! I think I'm going to go on the 24th and fly back with my mom on Sunday, the 27th. Hopefully it won't be too expensive. We are going to compromise though and not stay in the bed and breakfast.
Eric's finished for the night. Yay! But now he's going to watch "Monster's Ball" and I don't want to watch that, so I'm probably going to go upstairs.

if you want, I can try to see if I can get you a discounted Marriott room. The springhills and fairfields have free breakfast. Let me know!
That would be great! If the rate is good enough, maybe Eric will give in. :o)
