Feeling Good

It's been a pretty darn good day.
First, we set up my new computer at work today. It's beautiful. :o)
Eric has finished early (I'm surprised he hasn't posted yet, haha) in California and will be home tomorrow night.
I have been eating and feeling great since Sunday - aside from the soreness from the Mini. I am doing the Core Plan from Weight Watchers ... which is pretty much NO processed at all. I am a lot more full with a lot less food, which is the idea. There are no points - I don't have to count anything, but because the food is healthier, I never eat too much. Today, for example, I had oatmeal with raisins, then a banana for a snack. For lunch I had some Canadian bacon, mini carrots, and some cottage cheese. Grapes for a snack, and then for dinner I had some salmon, applesauce, and a hard boiled egg. Very healthy, no? :o)
I need to read up on why the gas prices are so high. I thought people were trying to do something about it, but it keeps going up. What is going on?
Hell's Kitchen is on currently ... never watched it, but I guess it's kind of entertaining. I didn't get home in time to see Idol. Boo hoo! But I'm going to watch it at Robley's tomorrow night while I patiently wait for Eric to arrive home safely. :o)
I love Derby Week! The rest of the week is going to be great, as long as the weather decides to cooperate.
Oh, and I have fallen in love with "Phantom of the Opera," by the way. If you haven't seen the movie, do so immediately.
