Yesterday was a really good day ... the best one I've had in a while, with the exception that I didn't get to see Eric for very long. If he had been with me, then it would have been even better. After running (which I think I already wrote about), I sat around and read the paper and watched tv. I finally showered and met mom for lunch at Schlotzsky's. We sat outside for a good while and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Then we went to the Summit and spent pretty much the rest of the day there. We started out at Ulta and I bought some nailpolish. It's OPI and it's called "Chapel of Love." I wanted to buy some more makeup, but I resisted. We headed to White and Black, then I went to Banana Republic while mom went to the bathroom (haha) in Talbots. I tried on some shoes that I really like, but the price wasn't right, so I headed to Ann Taylor. I tried on some denim capris and some other pants. I ended up buying a pair of capris and a pair of dressy bermuda shorts. I like them a lot. :o) We walked through Gap and then I bought a book for our backpacking this weekend at Barnes and Noble. It's called "Emotional Fitness for Couples." Haha. I was going to head home after this, but mom picked up her gift from QDoba (the top 20 people who use their QDoba cards the most got this gift - they received an email and had to pick up the gift yesterday) and she got cards for free Taco Salads, a tshirt, a hoodie, and a cup and a pen and I decided to call Eric and ask him to come over there for dinner. He said he would, so after walking around Old Navy for a little bit, we sat over by QDoba in the shade for about an hour with our drinks waiting for Eric. We ate and came home. I went to the grocery to get my prescription filled and to get some camping food, and then watched tv the rest of the night.

Work this morning was frustrating. I was by myself, but I felt like all I did all morning was pick up after Clarissa. She did hardly anything yesterday and there was a lot to do today. So that kind of sucked, but I was there for seven hours, so that's good. I really can't wait until Friday after I'm finished! It's going to feel like such a relief.

Eric is home for lunch, so we are going to eat. :o)
