So Friday came and went ... it wasn't too busy until lunchtime, and then it was pretty busy the rest of the day. I am still trying to get a hold of the lady from Yum so I can get directions, so hopefully I can get a hold of her tomorrow.
Chrissy arrived a little while after I got home and it is always so good to see her. It doesn't matter how long we are apart - we always have a great time and it's as if we haven't been apart at all. It's so great. We had dinner at Ferd Grisanti's and that was fantastic. I had ravioli and a caesar salad, then had a scoop of vanilla ice cream, so it wasn't bad at all! After dinner we relaxed at home and talked and looked at some wedding stuff.
On Saturday morning we all got up around nine and Eric went to play 18 holes of golf. Chrissy and I did some other fun things ... I took my drug test for Humana, which only took about 5 minutes, then we went to the mall where I found a suit at Ann Taylor Loft, as well as a pretty green sweater thing that's short to wear over nice tshirts. After that we had lunch at Arby's where I just had a grilled chicken sandwich and a few fries, and then we went to Hannah's and worked on her resume. Good times. :o) She has a very nice apartment! We were there a few hours, and then we met my mom at the Summit. I got the dress that I'd wanted at Gap (they are all missized (is that a word?), so if you want to feel good about yourself, go get one. I bought a size 6. Haha. :o) So that was pretty much all we did there after we walked around a little bit. Back at home, we relaxed for a little while and then went to Tumbleweed on the river for dinner. We had a great table, but unfortunately our service wasn't too good and there were lots of bugs. Still, we had a nice time. Afterwards we did some putt-putt and I won. :o)
This morning after breakfast, Chrissy and I went to workout, which was nice, and then had lunch once we got home. We went to THE Home Depot after that where Chrissy bought us our housewarming gift - some flowers! She told me I could pick what I wanted (well, what we wanted) for the house, and I've wanted a plant to hang on the porch, so that's what we got. After Chrissy left around 3:30, this was our afternoon project. Here's what we did:

Yay for pretty flowers. Well, my parents are on their way over so I am going to pick up a little bit. Yes, I know, I am my mother ... but I like it. :o)
