Isn't it beautiful? All we're missing are the lights on the sides of the garage. I love how it looks. :o)

So today was good. Wednesdays usually are okay, but that probably has something to do with the fact that Wednesday nights are my favorite night of the week. Danielle was at the the branch on Plantside from 11 to 2:30, Terri was at an all day meeting, and Judy only works Thursdays and Fridays. So, it was just the three of us, except for when Hannah went to lunch and it was just the two of us. It was okay, though.

I drove by the house after work and then went to work out for half an hour or so. Then I went to Weight Watchers and I was very upset because I only lost 0.4 pounds. I worked my buns off this week. So I guess that means that next week I will lose A LOT. When I got home Eric and I went to get pizza and he told me that he got me a graduation present. Now, most of you will think that this is ridiculous, but it is an example of how wonderful my husband is because he is willing to do this for me: he bought me tickets to the American Idol concert in August. I am pretty excited about it. And can you believe it - Eric is going to go with me! :o) Laugh at me all you want, I don't care.

We weren't planning on going down to Centre until Sunday morning, but then I decided to sing at Baccalaureate and realized I was going to have to get up at 6am on Sunday, so although it is all last minute, it's worked out! Someone cancelled and we found a room at the Hampton Inn in Danville. The lady in charge of graduation said it was perfectly fine if we go to the picnic and just pay at the door. I am free but it's not for everyone else. So we are going down Saturday afternoon and dad and grandma will meet us on Sunday because he has to play at church. I am actually really excited about this weekend. I didn't think it was going to be a very big deal, but it's turning into one, and I can't wait. I'm graduating from college! :o)

The next month or so are going to be very very busy. After this weekend, we have our first walk through at the house next Wednesday. Yay for Memorial Day weekend and Brittney's wedding next weekend, then the following Wednesday we close on the house. I have Friday off and we are getting the U-Haul on Saturday. We are probably going to buy some furniture between now and then, too. So I am pretty excited.

The whole job thing is not getting to me this week. I am looking every day and applying for some of them, and if the right one comes along, then I'll get a call. If not, then I'm fine for now, I guess. All I can do is my best, right? And if that's not good enough for their double standards, then too bad for them.

If Katharine goes home tonight on Idol, I might just cry.
