So Monday was good, but Tuesday and Wednesday have been awful. People are in terrible moods, and I almost had a breakdown yesterday when three people in a row were very rude. The ATM screen on the inside was down when I got to work yesterday so a guy came by to replace the whole screen. That took several hours, and while he was there, a main switch frame went down and 74+ branches in Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Southern Ohio were offline for the majority of the afternoon. Offline = NO FUN. We can't look up account numbers or balances for anyone, so we just have to take a chance that they have enough money in their account. Most of the people we know, but it's still aggravating. On Tuesday, we had a VERY irate customer because he was in the negative $50 and didn't understand that whole "balances that are printed out from the ATM do not reflect pending purchases, like from gas stations." He walked out cursing very loudly, slammed the door and put a hole in the wall, and went out to his car and got in the passenger side. We were all very scared that he was going to come back in with a gun, so we called the police just to be safe. He came back in and was still very upset, and the police got there, but then he got even more angry because we called them. So it was pretty scary. And yesterday with the whole ATM thing, rude customers, and being offline, it's just been a very bad two days.

Last night was fun, though. After work I went to work out, then drove by the house and our brick is almost complete. I'll post a picture later. We had pizza for dinner at Jason and Lauren's and watched Jeopardy, Deal or No Deal, Lost, and some of American Idol. Poor Kelly. It was her time to go.

I slept well last night, but I am just worried about today. I'm trying to be optimistic, but I have been really stressed the past two days. I'm hoping today is a lot better. Maybe I'll even get a checking account. That would be a miracle. By the way, we need 14 by the end of tomorrow. Just so you know. No jeans next Friday, I guess.
