Eric took me to pick up my car yesterday morning and then I went and ate at the mall with my mom. She was with her old weight loss group so I kind of felt like I was butting in, but they all said they didn't mind that I was there. We ate at Cheesecake Factory. It was GOOD. After that mom and I went to the LAC where I joined for 18 months and she was my "sponsor" so she gets a month for free. May is free for me. Wahoo! Then we drove by the house, and of course I had forgotten the camera, so I couldn't take a picture of the progress they had made. Basically all they have left to do of the frame is the roof. They have the trusses (I think that's what they are) up and all the walls closed in, and some other small things. We are going to go back again today to take more pictures so I will post them later. I came back home after that and Eric and I took a nap on the couch.
We left around 4:30 and went to Walgreens to pick up his prescription. The one that promptcare gave his yesterday was penicillin and he is allergic to that. Good thing he noticed before he took it. So we did that and then went to Target to get Heather a birthday present. We bought her some popcorn and "Wedding Crashers" and told her not to watch it with the kids. Haha. Dinner was good - roast, carrots, potatoes, and gravy. Then for dessert we had strawberry shortcake. We stayed for quite awhile talking about nothing too important, and when we left we went to my parent's house to take up some time until the movie. We decided that instead of going home and being sad, we were going to see "Ice Age 2" and stay up later than we usually do. So we did that and I loved the movie. It didn't occur to me that it would make me sad because it's all about animals, but I did cry at one point. The squirrel reminds me of Eddie, and also at one point Ellie the mammoth has a flashback and is wandering in the snow all alone and crying out for her family. I lost it at the point, but there were only about 5 other people in the theater, and I wasn't loud or anything, so it was okay. However, the movie is very cute and I recommend it for anyone. I loved it.
When we got home, we pretty much went straight to bed and slept better than we did on Friday night. We woke up at 8 but stayed in bed and watched TV until 10:30 or so. It's always nice to be lazy. Now we are getting things together to go do laundry. I am also going to go workout at some point today. We have several other things that we need to do, and I would like to get around to cleaning the bathroom, too. We'll see. Anything to keep my mind occupied ... I just keep hoping that Eddie is warm, wherever he is, and that he's safe and able to sleep. I miss him so much.

1 Observations or Opinions:
Hey Katherine! I'm glad you joined LAC. If you ever need someone to work out with, give me a call. You should come to yoga. Anyway, I have a blog, too, now, if you want to read it. Deadjournal was just blah and I haven't written in it for like four months. http://sometimeseuphoricgirl.blogspot.com/-- this is the website. Oh, Kyla has been kind of rude to me lately. I can't even describe it here or in my blog. It is so stupid though and basically about her boyfriend spending all of her time with her and her friends (he chooses to ditch his) and mine not spending enough time with me and mine (because he has to finish grad school). It's really gay.
