I am so glad for Saturday. Though the weeks always go by quickly, I always look forward to the weekends. Who doesn't? On Thursday night we had jumbalaya and went to Best Buy to get "Pride and Prejudice." After that we watched "American Inventor" and some of those people are so sad. I feel badly for them that their priorities are so crazy. However, I do understand how someone can let themselves get that way. I've experienced it myself.

Friday at work was a good day. I really enjoy working with my co-workers and we laugh a lot, even if it is at stupid customers, haha. You just have to laugh it all off, right? I did get a savings account yesterday, too, so that's good. After work, Eric and I had a tombstone pizza - they are the best - and watched "Pride and Prejudice." Around 9:30 we left to go bowling with Lindsy, Marianne, Molly and some other people. KingPin made me feel 80 years old. If you're not 18 and you don't have an adult with you, you have to pay an automatic $10 cover charge. The girls in there were wearing skirts that were so short that we could see their underwear! It really makes me question having children. Well, not really, but it worries me to think that my kids may not listen to me. I just don't know what I would do if that happened. I suppose I don't need to think about it right now. It's just that motherly thing that comes over me when I see kids doing and/or wearing bad stuff.

This morning we went to J-town HS and threw small nerf basketballs and t-shirts to the crowd for the pep-rally that was held for the basketball team. They won state this year. We went because National City sponsored the Sweet Sixteen and our logo is even on the huge state trophy. So that's cool. It was a tiny bit nostalgic for me ... but I'm glad I'm not 18 anymore. After that, we drove by the house! Here is our beautiful basement:

Isn't that exciting? I think it is. Okay, now we have to go to my house because apparently I told my mom we were coming over for dinner, even though I don't think I ever agreed. Oh well. It's something to do.
